Shortly after announcing that we had achieved level five I was asked how we did it. Without hesitating I said “Much of the credit goes to our veteran task force.”
Mr. Fuller was part of a mission called “Operation Magic Carpet”, “Home Alive by 45”. After the war was over, Mr. Fuller sailed on an air craft carrier picking up our service men and women from all the different countries, with mission of bringing them home by Christmas of 1945.
Caris Healthcare, Bluffton SC office organized a Welcome Home Ceremony on March 27th for Vietnam War Veterans Day. We partnered with several local Veteran and civilian organizations, the town of Bluffton, and US Marine Corps. The event was attended by nearly 200 people.
George P. turned 100 years old on April 8th. Hope HealthCare & Mission BBQ, family & friends celebrated George turning 100 years old as well as Hope’s Valor Program volunteers L-R Bill Riccio, Pam Hetrick, Isaac Osin, Robert Glickman and Jim Stapleton honoring him with an Honor Guard Presentation.
