News and Information from We Honor Veterans » WHV March 2023 Survey Results

WHV March 2023 Survey Results

Thank you to all who completed this year’s survey! We greatly appreciate the time you took to respond. Please know we read each and every comment and take your feedback to heart. In the spirit of transparency, please download a copy. While we have included comments, we condensed the findings to highlight themes and removed identifying information.

One of the major themes was feedback regarding Level 5 status, both positive and constructive. Our program has always been and will remain focused on supporting you, providers in the field serving Veteran patients and family units.

As a result, we will be identifying areas in the Level 5 hospice program to improve and reconsider. In May, we will begin hosting listening sessions and requesting one-on-one conversations with partners both working through their first year and renewing their Level 5 Partner status. While changes in partner requirements and educational resources will be coming, we know many of you are already working hard to complete activities. We will be flexible and more than generous with timing as we know how much this will impact completion of Level 5. We will work with you, we promise.
