Horizon Home Care and Hospice Creates Virtual Veterans Day Event

Hospice Partner

Horizon Home Care and Hospice, Milwaukee, WI

Submitted by Elena Sherr

This year, not all our facility partners are accepting of in-person Veteran’s Day Ceremonies due to COVID-19 restrictions. But we are not letting that stop us! In addition to planned in-person ceremonies, we are dropping off certificates, pins and cake and providing a link to this virtual Veteran’s Day Ceremony to facilities with restrictions. We are thrilled that our facility partners will still be able to have an organized program on November 11th just by playing this video and pausing at appropriate times to recognize their Veteran residents with pins and certificates.
