More Level Four Spotlights

Crossroads Hospice, Independence, MO; Level Four Partner

Crossroads Hospice which is a Level Four partner, takes great pride in the care of our Veterans. They have created a “Wall of Honor” to highlight and pay special tribute to some of the Veterans they serve. This Wall of Honor continues to be a way to share their patient’s great legacy and service history. Stein Hospice, Sandusky, OH: Level Four Partner Recognizing and Honoring Patients After Death

Stein Hospice in Sandusky, OH has instituted an Escort Ceremony in their Inpatient Unit to provide a method of recognizing and honoring patients after death. For those who are known to have served in a branch of the United States military service, a special Veteran ceremony is performed.
