Estate planning is very important – especially in the LGBTQ+ community. This session will provide tips for how LGBTQ+ individuals and couples can make sure assets are distributed as they wish. During this class you will learn about: estate and income tax planning after the Defense of Marriage Act, potential advantages of trusts, consequences of not planning.
