Dear Hospice Veteran Partnership Team of Nevada:

On behalf of our nation’s veterans, we would like to invite you to join our next Hospice Veteran Partnership of Nevada (HVP of NV). The HVP facilitates opportunities for VA and community agencies to communicate, collaborate and coordinate with one another, to ensure that our nation’s veterans wishes and needs are known and respected at end of life. The HVP is part of a national network of other HVPs established through the Department of Veterans Affairs and national/state/local agencies. Bring the voice of your agency to the table as we seek to enhance the end of life care of our nation’s veterans.
