Join the NHPCO Volunteer Management Community November 16th from 3:00 – 4:00 pm ET and gain valuable insight into building successful 11th Hour and Respite Programs through this presentation. We will cover the essentials of a solid vigil program, and the challenges of rebuilding an existing vigil program post-pandemic. The presentation will also cover key factors in managing a successful respite volunteer program including training/supporting volunteers in these roles, and ideas to increase engagement/sense of reward in a sometimes challenging volunteer visit.
