Trellis Supportive Care Memorial Day Observance

This email is a formal announcement of our upcoming Memorial Day Observance on-campus at the Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home main flagpole (Veteran Memorial Garden) May 23rd, 2023, from 11:00am to 11:30am. There will a brief reception with a light lunch and refreshments at the Education and Counseling Center after the ceremony. The IDEA committee and programming team have placed a banner along the intersection of Hospice Lane and Bolton/Burke-Mill Road to commemorate Memorial Day. Each flag installed by the banner is representative of a veteran patient that has passed while receiving services from Trellis in the past year.
