Welcome Home Vietnam Veterans Day Celebration with Heart of Hospice

Heart of Hospice, as a team, is conducting a Welcome Home Vietnam Veterans event for Vietnam Veterans day.

This event is a hybrid event with each agency (all 17, regardless of their WHV Level) doing an in-person small event for community Veterans in varied locations while also offering a Zoom component to include our Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living Facilities. We also will offer it to our patients and families if they wish to participate that way; however, they will be honored regardless. The same is true of the SNFs and ALFs as they do not have to participate in the live event to receive honors for their facility.

Each WHV Champion will reach out to the individual to see which location within the service area is closest for them to participate in-person, or we can deliver their honors to participate in the Zoom presentation.
