Like many of us, Veterans and their families who are struggling with end of life issues look to their community for help. Even though VA Medical Centers and Community-based Out-patient Clinics offer care specific to Veterans, many Veterans want to stay in their communities and not be away from family and friends. When community Hospices work closely with their VA partners, everyone wins.
