This presentation describes NHPCO’s We Honor Veterans campaign by providing information about the campaign’s goals and initial steps your hospice will need to take to join. It is intended to be an orientation to your hospice’s Leadership Team and staff. The slides can also be slightly adapted in order to explain the program to local partners.
