Virtual Remembrance for Diane Jones: Hosted by the VA

On May 2, NHPCO and the entire hospice and palliative care community lost a pioneer and founding force in the care for Veterans at the end of life. Diane was a retired social worker and worked for many years with national organizations and the Department of Veterans Affairs and served on the Board of Opus Peace. We Honor Veterans would not exist today without her input and dedication. She had an incredible impact everyone she met. There will be a virtual Meeting of Remembrance hosted by the VA on June 9, 3:00-4:00pm ET.
