WHV SURVEY NOW OPEN!

The WHV team is adjusting our focus a bit over the coming months to ensure that Hospice-Veteran Partnerships have the support needed and that our WHV partners are connected to any VA support, resources, and staff they may need. This survey is short and sweet, and will not take you more than 10 minutes – promise! We are continuing to work with our colleagues at the Department of Veterans affairs to continue to create a supportive virtual space for everyone to access.
