We Honor Veterans and Elizabeth Dole Foundation: Campaign for Inclusive Care Webinar

Lisell Perez-Rogers, Program Manager for the Campaign will be giving an overview on this new educational offering and how to include caregivers in your patient’s care. The Campaign for Inclusive Care is a strategic joint initiative between the Elizabeth Dole Foundation and US Department of Veterans Affairs that aims to change the culture of care at VA to be fully inclusive of military and veteran caregivers by training VA clinicians and staff on how to identify and integrate caregivers onto the Veteran’s care team.
