CNH Initiative: Ceremonies to Honor and Remember

The PowerPoint resource available below, Ceremonies to Honor and Remember, is offered as part of We Honor Veteran’s Community Nursing Home Initiative (CNH Initiative). This module can help you see the importance and process of a pinning ceremony through various video examples and recognize the role of the interprofessional team and others in honoring Veterans, their loved ones, and ceremonies of remembrance.

Upon completion of this module, the participant will be able to:
